Is JRE8u311 available for commercial use? I need to develop a windows desktop application based on it. This application needs to package JRE8u311 into software and release it to customers. If i need to purchase an Oracle license for commercial use, then I buy one, and the customer opens the installation package I built on the local machine to install the software and use it normally. Does the customer also need to purchase an Oracle license?
